Processing & Shipping Times
For physical products (shirts, sweatshirts, tumblers, etc.), orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days and shipped via standard USPS. You’ll receive tracking info once your order is on its way!
Digital Downloads
All digital items (planners, printables, savings challenges, journals, etc.) are available for instant download. No physical product will be shipped for these items. You’ll get your files as soon as payment is confirmed.
Cancellations & Returns
Digital products: Due to the nature of instant downloads, I’m unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital items.
Physical products: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can make it right.
